Dreams of Ice and shadow by Kathryn Troy

Okay, I'm officially a fan of the frostbite series. This is the sequel to "A vision in crimson". If book One was not enough for you,  there's book 2.

Continuing the style of writing, the author delves deeper into developing the well of complex characters.

Lots of things happened in book 2;
Luca is separated from the queen as his father messes with his mind, making him believe he will hurt her....  Okay enough with the spoilers.

Oh, when I review a book, I'm looking at writing style, use of words,  character development, that sometimes I miss the important stuff.  This is in it's own way, a vampire book.... Oh,  I didn't say that?

Wow! Me, Mfonemana Uduak reading a vampire book. The village people are celebrating....hold on a second, let me text me brother.
I could go on about why I avoid this genre (but that's a story for another day),  but I guess the book only has vampires and is not classified a vampire tale.  You want me to elaborate, don't you?

As you all may know,  I try as much as possible to give an honest review without truly giving away much of the story.

The only peeping into the world of Icarya you get to do is to Read this book
