Review - The Brede chronicles by P. I Barrington

So, I kind of hesitated about reviewing this book, and it had nothing to do with being too busy. At first I was totally lost about the setting, that I squinted over the plot. But that confusion only lasted the first two pages. The presentation of the setting that caused confusion is probably the best attribute of this book.

Brede chronicles,  a book set in a futuristic universe with a hint of the old world feel. Like a cowboy drowning his whiskey in a rusty spaceship, it carried a perfect blend of both world.

A royalty fleeing earth adventures through planet Egypt with a trusted sidekick/ protagonist that would leave one swooning

A protagonist with no friends or trust for anything with air through it's lungs.

A guardian angel of a lost girl the protagonist would do anything to make disappear.

Brede chronicles will go on my shelf. Among great characters I join in adventure with my bowl of ice cream,  there is now an Alekzander brede fighting away in his rusty machine.
